These terms govern the use of the PlainForge developer studio website (plainforge.dev). The apps released under PlainForge have their own separate terms. Diese Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung der PlainForge-Studio-Website (plainforge.dev). Die unter PlainForge veröffentlichten Apps haben jeweils eigene Nutzungsbedingungen.

These Terms apply to the use of the website plainforge.dev (the "Website"), operated by Susan Krause (full details in the Imprint). By accessing the Website you agree to these Terms. They do not govern the use of any apps released under PlainForge — those apps each ship with their own Terms of Service, which are linked from the respective release pages and from inside the apps themselves.

The Website serves as an informational portfolio for the PlainForge studio and its releases. It does not offer goods or services for direct sale, nor does it process user input beyond the strictly necessary technical data described in the Privacy Policy. Purchases or license transactions for the apps take place exclusively inside the respective apps and are governed by the app-specific Terms.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers habitually resident in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider (Berlin).
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Für Verbraucher mit gewöhnlichem Aufenthalt in der EU bleiben zwingende Verbraucherschutz-Vorschriften des Wohnsitzstaates unberührt. Gerichtsstand für Kaufleute ist der Sitz der Anbieterin (Berlin).
